Smart Choice was founded in 2006 on the ideal that patients deserve high quality, affordable and dignified care. The founders saw an opportunity to lower costs for nearly every patient, employer and insurance company without compromising service or quality.

Our West Milwaukee location was chosen because of its convenience and immediate freeway access, just minutes from anywhere in Milwaukee County. Part of the Miller Park Way renovation, Smart Choice MRI joins numerous other top companies and organizations in revitalizing the heart of Milwaukee's industrial center.

Smart Choice has been praised for excellence in service and imaging and continues to be a leader in the race against rising healthcare costs. We work closely with those involved in the local healthcare community, including referring doctors, insurance companies, unions, benefits management, business collations and patient advocacy groups.
