We accept direct payment and provide no-interest payment plans through Care Credit. If paying with insurance, insurance information will be requested so that we can begin the pre-authorization process. We work with your doctor’s office to get pre-authorization before you come to your appointment. Our goal is to eliminate unexpected costs for our valued patients. Even though we ask for your insurance information when scheduling, please bring your card to your appointment.
