Samrt Choice MRI is an in-network, top tier provider for most insurance companies and health plans. A complete list of accepted companies and plans, subject to change, can be found below. We also accept direct payment and provide no-interest payment plans through Care Credit. If you have any questions regarding your insurance, please call 414-431-0309 and we will do our best to help answer them.
If you do plan to pay with insurance, insurance information will be requested when you make an appointment. This allows us to begin the pre-authorization process. We will work with your doctor’s office to obtain pre-authorization prior to your appointment. Our goal is to eliminate unexpected costs for our valued patients. Even though we ask for your insurance information when scheduling, please bring your card to your appointment.
